Stepping Out
~ a poem for the love of winter rains
It’s dead cold of a winter yet my heart springs in joy too numb are my fingers to write yet the gentle warmth of love is eager to recite I know these magical intricacies you know how when it rains in cold mortals tuck themselves in bed while the omniscient nature celebrates the skies crying their heart out gloriously to the Divine drizzling pouring tears of love the mynas join in with their song while the blue whistling thrushes forth And I? wrapped in my thick winter jacket out and about smiling from ear to ear for the love that showers upon me I love You O Mother Nature You and Mother Divine are so alike one the rain I often devour other the snowfall I crave for.

This is absolutely beautiful! The way you have woven nature and divine love together is so moving. ❤️❤️
